Our standard delivery cost is £3.95 within the UK. We aim to dispatch items in stock within four working days of receiving your order. Expected delivery is within 7 working days, but is generally sooner. During busy periods we may take a little longer, but if your order is urgent then please let us know and we will try our best to meet any deadlines.
As our tees are all hand printed, please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
All goods are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery or UK mail couriers, Monday to Friday only. All deliveries require a signature. Please give an address at which the parcel can be signed for. If required we can email any consignment tracking details to the customer so they can track their parcel on line. Non-mainland UK and remote area delivery times may vary by an additional 2-3 working days and may incur an additional delivery charge. This will be notified to you if applicable. love-em cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by their distributors or any other third party. If the goods arrive and the customer believes the package has been either tampered with or there are obvious signs of damage, it is the customer’s responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods. We often deliver via courier services, therefore it is the customer's responsibility to give love -em a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery, after 3 attempted deliveries the courier will return the goods to us, and you may be charged for a second delivery.
We are happy to exchange or refund any item of your order if you are not entirely satisfied. Please return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact.
Please include a copy of your receipt.
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Goods are returned to love 'em at your own expense however we will send your exchange back out to you by Recorded Delivery at no extra charge.
You will receive your refund cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are unable to refund an item without a receipt and that the refund will only be given to the original payer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON RETURNS
Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 14 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must however, return the goods to us in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
